So over the last 6 months I've gained about 60lbs. I have not changed my eating habits by much (I eat about 1200-1400 calories/day) but I have not been able to get to the gym as often. That being said I am a very active person and still walk/run for at least 4 hours a day and generally do about 30 minutes of yoga before bed. In the last month and a half I've gotten back to my normal gym routine of 1.5 hours/day 6 days a week, in addition to my active daily life and yoga every night.
For the 4 months before the last month and a half I was usually going to the gym once a week for 1.5 hours. I know that's not a lot but it should not have been enough to gain that much weight! I drink at least 8 glasses of water a day (usually more) and generally eat pretty healthy. Even when I don't eat healthy foods I am very careful about my calorie intake. While I know that shouldn't be a habit, it does happen every once and while.
I decided to start using this site again to make sure I wasn't counting my calories completely wrong or something. I don't seem to be based off of my food diary for the day. But I really don't know. Please help!
