TOPIC: Power 90 exercise regimen missing from exercise database!

Hi, I have recently signed up for myfitnesspal and I love the iPod touch app which allows me to keep track of my caloric intake and helps me maintain a steady and restricted diet...

As of this Monday, I began The power 90 regimen by Beach body on the recommendation of a friend. It worked for him, and i hope to achieve similar results. However, my biggest concern is that the exercise section at myfitnesspal does not contain information for workout regimens such as the power 90 and p90x (a more advanced version of the power 90). This means that I cannot accurately track out the amount of calories burned each day and thus cannot get a true picture of what is going on with my goals! I know that for an average session of power 90 based on 36 minute workout, calories burned are 400 calories.

My question is: is there a way for the administrators of the website to add this regimen to the database. I tried to add it myself by was unable to add any information for the calories burned. I also tried to add the exercises manually (as in one at a time), but could not find the individual exercises.

Please advise me how I should proceed to resolve this issue. Any information will be appreciated

I've wondered the same thing, but I've heard that we can use circuit training to guesstimate the calories burned.

Alternatively, you can use a heart rate monitor to get a more accurate result and simply add the calories burned.
